Event Terms & Conditions
Refunds: Refunds are available for requests received more than 14 days before the event. Requests made within 14 days of the event will not be accepted for changes of mind or inability to attend. This does not affect your statutory rights, including where the event is cancelled.
No outside alcohol: Alcohol must not be brought into the event.
No glass: Glass bottles, drinking glasses and other glass containers must not be brought into the event.
Behaviour: Drunken, aggressive, abusive or threatening behaviour will not be tolerated. Please treat fellow attendees, performers and staff with respect.
Admission and removal: Management reserves the right to refuse admission or remove anyone behaving unreasonably, compromising safety or breaching these terms. Attendees must follow reasonable instructions from event staff and security.
Booking fees: Booking fees are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
